What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your Placemaker project, and we stand behind our designs and the quality of every item we create. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right. 

Please note that we do not accept refunds for change of mind after our team has started work on a custom design. We do however offer unlimited product revisions should you be unsatisfied with your design.

In the unlikely event that your product has a defect or becomes damaged in transit, we will honor a refund or replacement of your item. Please email us at help@theplacemakerproject.com within 30 days of receipt of your product.
